SPOT’s main goal is to raise $150,000 to open a low-cost spay/neuter clinic. The surgeries will be made available to anyone without any requirements like number of pets to be neutered or salary levels. They are projecting that with one of these low cost clinics available to the general public, the pet overpopulation crisis in the Tampa Bay area will be over in five years.
